Hello to all! I live in Sioux Falls, but I am originally from Dell Rapids. Growing up in Dells I played baseball, football, and basketball in high school there. I graduated from Dell Rapids Public High School in 1998. I then attended the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. Took some time away from school and worked at a bank for six years. Then I worked as an electrician in Dell Rapids, where I worked until an automobile accident in 2008, which left me legally blind. I attended South Dakota Rehabilitation Center and put my morals and priorities in place. I then enrolled in school again at USDSU. I just graduated with a major in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Sociology. I have been lucky enough to be married to my wife, Lisa, for the past four years. I know, I know, she is a very lucky woman to be married to me! In our family is also our four year old chihuahua Snoopy. I love playing drums in our church praise band and speaking with people. Lisa makes the joke; no matter where we go there is always someone that I know. I have served six years on the board of SDSBVI. If you see me out in the streets or at meetings come and say hi, I am sure we will have something in common! Blessings to you all.
